Less admin, more tournament

Keep the whole tournament night clear in one place.

The app connects preparation, tournament control and the spectator display. Instead of paper, spreadsheets, chats and shouted updates, everyone can follow the current state.
01

Prepare faster

Manage players, classes, individual Kratzer, entry fees and board labels in a compact setup.

02

Run it safely

Draw rounds, record Kratzer and corrections, and manage swimmers and eliminations with clear warnings.

03

Visible to everyone

Show boards, names, history, swimmers, eliminated players and results on a TV, projector or mobile device.

Real RC4 features in motion

Six live examples instead of vague promises.

These simplified animations show real workflows from the current app. They use example data only and never access a real tournament.

Tournament setup

Select players, check classes and Kratzer, mark entry fees, set boards and start.

Rounds and boards

One click draws the next round and distributes active players across the selected boards.

Kratzer and swimmers

The app guides lives, swimmer status and elimination. Corrections remain traceable through the existing return action.

Live display

Guests and players see boards, long names, status badges and late registrations live on the big screen.

Ranking and season

Season tournaments write placements and points to the ranking. Standalone tournaments remain separate.

Archive and resume

An interrupted tournament remains saved and can later continue from exactly the same state.

FAQ

The key questions before your first tournament.

What is a Kratzer tournament?

Players start with a defined number of Kratzer or lives. Once those are used, swimmer status follows, then elimination. The app maps this workflow digitally.

What does it cost?

Organiser registration and the supported tournament features are free to use and require no paid subscription.

Do I need special hardware?

No. A current browser is enough to run a tournament. The public display can also be opened on a TV, projector or monitor.

Does it work on mobile, tablet and PC?

Yes. The admin area, registration and promotional site are responsive. A tablet or PC is especially comfortable for a long tournament night.

Can I show the display on a TV?

Yes. Every admin has a dedicated public display address that can be opened on a TV, projector or monitor.

Can I add players during a tournament?

Yes. Late registrations join a later draw in a controlled way and keep a traceable late-registration marker.

Does it support season and standalone?

Yes. Season tournaments write points to the ranking. Standalone tournaments have no season impact.

Can I resume a tournament later?

Yes. Aborting stores the current state without resetting or awarding points. The tournament can be resumed later.

How do I get organiser access?

Send the free application through the registration page. After review, you receive a temporary password by email.

Why is access reviewed?

Personal review protects the multi-admin system and ensures that new organizer access is activated deliberately and securely.

Is it available in German and English?

Yes. The main public and administrative areas are available in both languages.

Are more game modes planned?

Additional modes and a separate player portal are planned future developments. They are not part of this RC4 app yet.
